The Word Is Out is a not-for profit organization that offers an inductive approach to studying the Bible without any denominational biases or theological presuppositions. We are committed to giving all Christians the tools and skills they need to gain a thorough understanding of scripture so that they can be more effective witnesses for Jesus Christ.

Dr. Meenan's solid Bible study techniques lead his students on an intense journey through the pages of the Bible and inside the mind of each the book's authors. His students learn to apply literary laws as they explore questions such as: Why did the author include this text? Why did he place this text in a specific location? Why did he dedicate so much or so little space to this concept or person?

The student completing all twelve Old Testament and New Testament courses will:

• Have read every word in the Bible.
• Know the major emphases and basic content of all sixty-six Biblical books
• Know key verses and important passages and know where to find them
• Know where to look for major themes, ideas and concerns in Scripture
• Possess a rich and rewarding knowledge of the Bible
• Be equipped to teach others about the wonderful deeds of God who has called us into his marvelous light and to declare the mystery of Christ.
